2 Months Old!

MacKenzie is 2 months old today!  I can't believe it has already been 2 months...it has really flown by for me! 

The last couple of weeks have been a BIG adjustment for all of us as I have gone back to work, started taking classes again and MacKenzie started daycare.  MacKenzie goes to daycare 3 days a week at an in-home daycare at one of our neighbors house and the other 2 days, she stays with MiMi.  She seems to be adjusting well and seems to like daycare.  I know she likes her time with MiMi. 

MacKenzie weighs about 12 lbs and is about 23 inches long.  She still likes bath time, spending time in her swing, going for walks in her stroller and cuddling. 

She sleeps on average 5 to 7 hours at a time at night and gets up not long before I have to get up to get ready for work.  Then she will sleep a few more hours after that but does not sleep as much during the day. 

MacKenzie typically eats 4 to 6 oz. each time she eats.  Some days she likes to "graze" on her bottles all day instead of taking everything at one time. 

She recognizes her Mommy, Daddy, MiMi & Grumps and will give all of us a smile from time to time. Also, she is starting to grab onto things and has a pretty good little grip. 

Next week, she will go for her 2 month well baby check up and for her first round of immunizations at the pediatrician's office.
