Visitors!!!

Last week, our friend Leanne came to visit with her youngest boys, Reed & Brooks.  Reed & Brooks are twins and they turned 3 back in the spring.  MacKenzie, Reed & Brooks had the BEST time playing together!

 MacKenzie was very sad when they had to go home.  We are SO glad that they came and are looking forward to the next time we get to see them!

First Day of Pre-K

Last week, MacKenzie had her first day of Pre-K!  I can't believe how fast she is growing up and that in just a little over a year, she'll start Kindergarten (Time, PLEASE slow down!!!!).  MacKenzie was very excited to go back to school.

MacKenzie has been giving me lots of examples/reminders of this lately...here are a couple.
Last week, after a heavy rain, we played in parking lot puddles...

Last night, she said to me "Mommy, If you go to Neverland, you never have to grow up, right?"  I, of course, told her "Right"...and she responded "Well, then let's go there!"
Like I said, just little reminders of the quote above and to put some perspective on life.  Thank you baby girl!!!
