Friday brought another early morning with breakfast at Hollywood & Vine in Disney's Hollywood Studios. We had 8:00 am reservations, so we were among some of the first in the park and the first in the restaurant. Hollywood & Vine definitely is geared to the younger crowd with lots of "breaks" for singing and dancing and it features characters from Disney Junior, so MacKenzie got to meet Jake from Jake & the Neverland Pirates, Princess Sofia, Doc McStuffins and Handy Manny. Jake was definitely her favorite.
After we finished breakfast, we had a little time before meeting Becky & Mike for our first fastpass so we headed over to Rock N Rollercoaster. We found a 5 min. wait, so we paired up and took turns riding and staying with MacKenzie.
Then it was time to go back and meet Becky & Mike for our Toy Story Mania fastpasses. MacKenzie enjoyed the ride but wouldn't wear her 3D glasses.
Since we all had on our "MacKenzie's 1st Disney Vacation" shirts, we decided to stop and get a group photo before doing a little shopping on our way to Tower of Terror, where we used our next fastpass.
After Tower of Terror, we went to the Disney Junior Live on Stage show. MacKenzie liked seeing Mickey Mouse Clubhouse but got very upset when Mickey & Friends went away and Princess Sofia came on stage. Once the Princess Sofia part was over, she did much better because she recognized the other characters and was more familiar with them. She LOVED seeing Captain Hook and Mr. Smee.
MiMi, Grumps & MacKenzie went to the room to rest while Sissy & I went to the Magic Kingdom.
Then it was back to Hollywood Studios for dinner at Mama Melrose's, where MacKenzie had to have her nightly cupcake, before heading in for the evening.
