Last Saturday, we celebrated MacKenzie's 3rd birthday with a party at our house. She wanted a "jungle" themed party, so that is what she got. We did some jungle-themed decorations and jungle/animal themed food.
I got her a cute zebra shirt, zebra mouse ears and made her a tutu. She was not too interested in wearing the tutu, so it didn't last very long.
The big hit of the party was the bounce house we rented. Even the "big kids" had fun playing in it.
The kids also had fun playing in the yard and with our neighbor, Kase's powerwheel jeep.
MacKenzie got lots of great gifts from her friends, but was more interested in playing than opening presents. We also had a small cake and cupcakes that my co-worker, Helen, made. We saved the cake until after the party.
MacKenzie loved the fondant zebra stripes on the cake & had a black mouth after eating them.
After all that jumping and bouncing, MacKenzie was tired!
Thank you to everyone for helping celebrate my sweet girl turning three!
