May always seems to be a busy month for us - we have lots of birthdays in May and Mother's Day.
My birthday is May 4th...the Friday before my birthday MiMi and MacKenzie made me a birthday cookie. MacKenzie did a great job decorating it and singing "Happy Birthday" to me.
Saturday, MiMi was able to get fresh strawberries and she made waffles with strawberries for dinner.
Sunday night, MiMi cooked dinner again and Jeff, Meghan and Marcus joined us for chalupas, strawberry shortcake and chocolate cake. MacKenzie gave me my birthday gift from her - a pillow for our back patio that she picked out.
Grumps wanted a picture with his 2 grandkids...trying to get a good picture of all 3 of them was a challenge!
Monday night, we went out to dinner at Connor's and were joined by Ashley and Will. After dinner, MiMi, MacKenzie & I rode the carousel at Bridge Street before heading home for the night. Getting a good picture with a 2 year old is a challenge...
